I understand that I will be responsible for adhering to all of the regulations set forth by Kingdom Affiliates. I understand that all fees and membership criteria are subject to change. I understand that I music pay an annual fee of $25 plus a monthly fee according to my chosen subscription plan in order to maintain my membership.
